- Project Management
- Development of Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, Coordination work, calculations and design review reports.
- Prepare and submit design shop drawing (SDR) for all services along with Builders works
- Prepare AutoCAD, Rivet Micro Station and Auto disk Civil 3D, Building information, modelling and/or Management (BIM Modelling).
- Preparation of red mark/ as build drawings
- Preparation, submission and approval of technical material submittals in full compliance with project documents, specification and requirements.
- Preparation and submission of interfacing documents (if any) with BMS, FA, Lifts and escalators, Façade works, External works, Roof works, internal finishes, Steel Structure, Canopies, Door Subcontractors and /or works.
- Preparation of Procurement activities of material
